Refund (and Donation) Policy

As an NGO, Gayatri Seva Sansthaan typically treats all donations as contributions, not purchases. Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued for donations, unless required by law or under exceptional circumstances.
  
• Incorrect or duplicate donations: Please contact us within 7 days; we will assist in correcting or reallocating funds.
  
• Volunteering or event fees: If applicable and paid, they may be refundable as per specific event terms clearly stated in event materials.
  
• Transparency: Donors can request fund utilization reports or receipts anytime.
